Delivery Info/Refunds Policy

  • Delivery is via Royal Mail 24/48 hour tracked to all UK Mainland
  • From the date that you order, your goods will be dispatched within 7-9 working days. (Often this can be much quicker, however I give this as a worse case scenario).
  • Once your order leaves Cookie Box Co headquarters you will receive a text/email update with tracking information from Royal Mail (as long as the details you have provided are correct).
If a delivery attempt is failed, generally a calling card is left suggesting when they are able to redeliver or you may need to collect this from your local depot. Failure to collect this within a week means that the product is returned to sender. 
If your order is returned to Cookie Box Co headquarters you will have the opportunity to pay again for the same order to be resent. Unfortunately we do not cover this as a charge and it is personal preference whether you want to pay again. 
Refunds are not offered once an order has been placed unless it is a fault of Cookie Box Co and instead a store credit can be held against future purchases however this is at the discretion of Cookie Box Co.
We also do not cover for any heat damages/melting during posting so if you are concerned then we can hold back your order for a few days. Once an order arrives when it has been hot please ensure you put your items in the fridge to reset and allow the chocolate to harden before eating.
Refunds will only be given if an order does not show within the 9 working days after ordering.
