  1. How long does it take for my order to arrive? 

Once you have placed an order you will receive your products within 7-9 working days. However, on most occasions this is much quicker and you will receive it within the week. I just err on the side of caution in case of any delays in processing your order.
  1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs £5 to UK mainland via DPD's next day delivery service. This is a tracked service and you will receive a text and email informing you of an estimated delivery time direct from DPD ... so you can stalk your cookies arrival. 
  1. How long do your products last?

Once your products arrive they will be fresh for 5-7 days. They can be left on the side in a sealed box however they will remain much fresher in the fridge. After this time or if you can't quite finish them all, they can be frozen for up to 6 months. 
  1. Can all of your products be frozen? 

Yes all products can be frozen for up to 6 months.
  1. How should I eat your products?

This is all personal choice however, I recommend heating them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds so that the centre starts to melt and you get that ooozeeeness.   1. Why is there a password on your website? How do I find this out? 

There are very few times you will find a password on my website. Generally, this is when stock is being added. You will never need a password to shop. so you just need to be patient whilst the restock happens at 8pm.
  1. Can I have a custom order created? 

Yes this is something that I offer - if you go to the tabs section at the top "custom order" and complete the form.  I will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
  1. Are your products Nut free? 

The majority of the products that I make are nut free. However, I do cook in an environment that uses all of the main allergens. Therefore I cannot guarantee that my products are 100 percent nut free. 
  1. Do you do gluten free products? 

Not at the moment, but watch this space ..... 
  1. Do you cater for events and weddings? 

Yes I certainly can ... please use the "contact us" page, and complete your wants needs and desires.... don't forget to include the date of your special day. 
  1. How often is your website restocked?

The website is fully restocked every Friday at 8pm. I also add new products daily at 8pm (daily drops) which are limited in number so if you want one of these you are going to need to set your watch and get your bum online - the fastest finger wins!
