This is the Malteser Galaxy Slice
Probably the most hefty slice I’ve made to date .. and that’s saying something
The pie itself has a layer of dairy Milk ganache and Galaxy Caramel, then Biscoff spread and Malteser Truffles
On top a milk chocolate 🍫 drizzle, Biscoff swirls over the top, slice of Galaxy Caramel, Malteser Truffles, Maltesers and Galaxy Counters 🤤
